I don't normally write a review, and normally we do not have issues with Giannis pizza; but the experience today was completely unacceptable! We had two pizzas (1 large cheese, and 1 mega with pepperoni and extra cheese) for two adults and 7 children to eat, delivered. After prepaying (with a generous tip), and received the pizzas, we opened both boxes to find the pizzas smashed to one side of the box they were in with the cheese and toppings slid off half the pizzas and stuck to the boxes. We decided to call about the issue and was on hold for about 10 minutes before explaining the above to the worker. While on hold, some of the children, including guests started to eat some of the pizza that was salvagable anyway. The response was that we could bring the pizza back and they would assess the issue and go from there. It was delivered for a reason and that was explained. The worker then said "well, I don't know what to do about that" and hung up the phone. Pictures (after the children started eating) provided.

I like the eat in option at this pizza joint. But this pizza is WAY too greasy and oily for me. We got the Buffalo Chicken and the grease was just sitting on the pizza. If this is the pizza you like then you will love this place. I had to do multiple napkin dabs to get the grease off. They take bonelessbuffalo chicken bites and stick them on the pizza which is different then I am used to and they use a red sauce instead of a white. Both were different. If the pizza wasn't so greasy I may have liked it more

I ordered the deluxe pizza and wings. Both were very delicious. The wait for my food was a little longer than I expected but I just think it was due to staffing. Overall, I would still go back.

Giving a 3 because every time until now has been good. You can make pizza and wings. Your steak calzone is nothing short of pathetic honestly. Things soggy, no sauce, if I didn't think it would make my dogs diarrhea everywhere I'd need this $26 worth of food to my dogs. But it isn't even good for that. My cheese sticks aren't even edible because of the amount of garlic. It's all I can taste. Do better. Don't get anything but pizza or wings and the food is great. Anything else is nothing short of abysmal. Like I spent $26 and I'm about to put it in the trash and eat something else type of abysmal. As I said before, do better. This is pathetic.

Very disappointing experience. The pizza was so greasy the cheese literally slid off. The crust was soggy and oil logged. I think we all did our best to eat a bite or two but it went into the trash. Worst of all, they gave us the thinnest, cheapest PAPER plates to eat that mess. One of the plates had an inappropriate, nasty message written on it- I assume workers being cute but my kids are the ones who happened to get that plate and saw the lovely message about sexual assault. I took it to the employees and they didn’t even apologize! They were giggly and totally focused on themselves and not a care in the world went to paying customers. Why do pizza shops continually put teens in charge? I get it’s cheap labor, but is it worth it if your restaurant and name get dragged?!

I ordered a large pizza and 12 medium wings for delivery. The delivery was swift, the pizza was made exactly as requested, and the wings (first time trying them) were absolutely amazing. I will certainly be ordering them again! The price wasn't bad either, considering today's prices.

Absolutely the worst wings I ever had. They were so overcooked I couldn't tell the difference between the meat and the bone. Also they were cold when they gave them to me. When I ordered them they said 15 to 27 minutes. Which is an odd time to give. I waited 15 minutes to leave got there in 5. Waited for 45 minutes in the restaurant before they gave them to me. Never order there ever!

Ordered ahead of time and went in after 20 minutes. Still had to wait 20 plus minutes after verification of order. Pizza is great. Wings hood also.
